ABOUT US
At Social Netball Leatherhead we want everyone to enjoy themselves. This is about having fun and socialising whilst benefiting from exercise!
Our league is for 18+ ladies who want to learn how to play netball or revisit their netball skills from their school days. It might be that you already play in another netball league too. Either way, all levels are welcome.
We are local ladies to Leatherhead, some of us
are mums, some of us aren't. One thing we all
have in common though - our love of netball!
You can join our league as an individual. The
majority of people do. We do all the organising
and sort out teams so it's easy peasy for you.
We welcome all levels of player from complete
beginner to regular player and everything in between - you don't need to be a Super League Pro!
Why Join Us?
We don't know about you but the thought of going to a gym turns us off. Playing netball is something else. It's fun, enjoyable, sociable with a healthy level of competition.
The safety and welfare of our players is vitally important to us. As such, we have First Aid trained umpires to help should an injury or illness occur,
We communicate as much as possible through our Facebook group and WhatsApp so you're up to date with all you need to know.
We really are about the fun and social side of things!
14th June 2022 we held our first open, social netball evening!
Regular players & new faces having fun, a laugh, learning as we go whilst getting the benefit of exercise. A great night had by all!
